It's complete and utter rubbish. A claim made by one man only with no proof or evidence at all. His website is full of wild claims.

The fastets accelerating car ever was Sammy Millers Rocket car Vanishing Point 386mph in 3.58 secs. Witnessed by in exceess of 10,000 people at Santa pod. He did six 3 second runs over the 1/4 mile. His engines where built by Dick Keller and George Garboden(the record holding engine).
