Reading about the guy who has had 42 cars made me think what can I remember "owning" since I started driving. In time order.

I have only ever owned two cars, both for less than 6 months.

VW Corrado (sold for spares when it fell to bits)
Elise 111S (current car - no plans to replace it, ever)

But at least I've never owned anything dull

I'm really impressed that you have owned/driven such a huge list of cars that range from very bad to very dull with not one really good car in there and yet still consider yourself an enthusiast! Well done!

I'd rather be an enthusiast who can drive dull cars well than somebody who drives a really good car badly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Plan is once I can ditch the kids to their own cars to get down to a Lotus dealer. The Elise SC or Europa appeal.

In the meantime Something with a Turbo beckons as the Nissan is going (Yippeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!). I still get the occasional drive in something more interesting.
