Their Law is one of those quality tunes that your ears prick up to if you hear it off in the distance.

Fuel My Fire off F.O.T.L was good, was a bit edgy and rough like the older stuff, rest was only alright.

Lene Marlin - ? (Plotloss... alittle help again)

Could be one of a number...

Unforgivable Sinner was one of them...

"Sitting Down Here" was the more widely played one..... had FAR too much radio airplay!

Get the dee lite album that Groove is in the heart is on ITS BRILL!!

I have several remixes of "Groove Is In The Heart"... all of them class...

Favourite though is a mash up of "Groove is In The Heart" and Junior Senior "Move Your Feet".... very clever, and very addictive!

That's as maybe, but people go by his stage name.... nobody calls Sir Cliff "Harry Webb" do they?!

Having only just read through this thread, many of the entries are not one hit wonders.

D:ream had a hit with "Shoot Me With Your Love"

Red Box had a hit with "Lean On Me"

Tasmin Archer had several others that charted including "Lords Of The New Church"

The Rembrandts had a minor hit with "That's Just The Way It Is Baby" about two years before "I'll be there for you"

Cutting Crew "I've been in love before" and "Between a rock and a hard place" both charted

I'm certain that Then Jericho had more than one hit

As well as "Satellite", The Hooters had a hit with "Karla With A K" (Was used in the TV and radio ads for "Beamish")

That's enough of me being pedantic for now.....

Personal One Hit Wonder favourite was "Love and Money - Winter" from 1994 (Although Love and Money had several albums, I think "Winter" was the only single that ever charted)

The Hooters Never Charted with "Karla with A K" in the UK Singles Chart.

Red Box did have another hit as you correctly say "For America." and a very minor one after that IIRC.

"I've Been In Love Before" is one of my Fave's from the Cutting Crew, especially the full length version with guitar fade out, from the "Broadcast" album.

Tasmin Archer did have another song in '92 called "Arienne."

They also did "FLM" so not technically one hit wonders.

Another track that I liked was "This Is Your Life" by the Banderas.
Not really one hit wonders, their follow up went to no.41, they seemed to dissapear quite quickly.

Others for you.

Fern Kinney-Together We Are Beautiful.
Charlene-I've Never Been To Me.
Baltimora-Tarzan Boy.
Oran Juice Jones- The Rain.
Bizz Nizz-Don't Miss The Partyline.

Good track, from Crocodile Dundee

I've got it on single.

Played it on the first Radio show I ever did.
