It's a kit car. They made bits of them in Blackpool out of offcuts of fibreglass, straw and discarded bits of Pritt-Stick, but weren't very succesful and went caput.

That's not actually a car, it's a streamlined trailer for AA vans.

It's L118 BFV. 1993 TVR Griffith 500 in a raspberry colour built as a factory demo car along with it's sister car L110 BFV. The only discernible difference apart from body and trim colour was that 110 had PAS and 118 did not. 118 is one of my favourite TVRs - wonder what happened to it...?
