There is a way to purchase something like a (for example) Toyota Xb thingy and purchase a rear bench from the same model separately. I think it is possible to have the rear bench put up front so as to have 2 benches front and rear.

I believe this is quite 'snug' for two people:

Not great for canoodles though.
There are few things you could have posted that would have been further away from 'bench seat' than the Caparo T1 confusedclap
Bit too close for comfort. Is that Abby and Brittany driving it by any chance?

@RoadWarrior: I know the first post was about benches, but then the OP went on to say this:

It was actually less to do with sitting lots of people in the car, and more to do with having the good lady sat next to me on long drives boxedin
So I found him a car where his lady can sit very snugly beside him!
Furry muff. She'd have to whisper her sweet-nothings rather loudly to be heard though

Citroen DS. Technically two seats but arranged as a big soft sofa type bench, with column change. Ideal for canoodling!

That'd be a mid-90s Impala SS.

Okay it's a boat, almost literally - as close as any car can get anyway, but Corvette motor and RWD aren't to be sneezed at.

So yeah, looks like some kind of Impala for you. The Ford Crown Victoria and Mercury Grand Marquis also have front bench seats; however, they are also big and floaty, taxi/cop/Florida retiree specials. I'm not sure if the Lincoln Town Car on the same "Panther" chassis (yes, it's a separate ladder frame) has a front bench. If you wanted a Panther, the least unacceptable would be a 2002/03 Mercury Marauder - slightly more power, and looks a little meaner.

EFA

To try and educate you about some of the hideous things you post. A blind man can see that interior for what it is.

When I started driving I had a couple of vauxhall Victor's that had bench seats and the handbrake was on the right side by the steering column
