I’m confused....this year wasn’t exactly a snooze cruise. Lewis didn’t even lead the championsjip until past half distance. It’s only vettels implosion towards the end that made it easier than it could have been 37chevy said:

Max and the Force India boys contributed their share of conflict to the proceedings...
At the end of the day, Mercedes did a better job than the other teams. It's up to the other teams bring better cars to the party. Ferrari had a great car but between the Team & Vettel, they caved in. Perhaps Vettel wanted it too much, tried too hard.
I think Bottas will be a better proposition this season.
