Highly impressive memory for stats by SV on the video just posted to the F1 YouTube channel. I got them back to 1982 but Seb is clearly VERY passionate about the history of F1 which is fantastic to see these days.

That’s seriously impressive from Seb, rattling through the ‘50s and ‘60s champions in order.

Surprised by Max there too, didn’t have him down as an F1 historian even though he was brought up around it.

I got Rosberg in ‘82, but missed Piquet in ‘81. It’s a fun exercise!
I did laugh at Verstappen's joke... "2016 Britney..uuuuh Nico!"

I got down to 1975 but that's me done. Before that I only generally remember them in patches

Did anyone manage to find out what (if any) connection he had to any F1 team?
He seemed to re-share Aston Martin content along with some fairly unpleasant anti-Hamilton stuff, but there doesn't seem to be any link to any team.

The only info I can find about him is that he's been the director of half a dozen dodgy nutrition/cosmetics/wellness companies..
Is that even a picture of him? It's not normal to post standard PR mugshots on the bottom of random tweets or posts unless you're pretending to be someone else.

He has no connection with any team, he's just bought an AMF1 team shirt and some fancy glasses. He lives in Spain and is on Linkedin where as said previously, he lists his numerous dodgy cosmetics businesses, probably some pyramid selling scheme.

He sounds like that Rich Energy Drinks guy.

His Linkedin profile is full of Formula One words, but so can anyone's if they put it on there. There are no actual F1 team names, no connections.

Linkedin is full of bullstters. And if you read his Twitter, apparently in 2013 he was taking legal action against Tooting Bec Football club, big stuff indeed - https://twitter.com/fstroland?lang=en

Impressive is putting it lightly. I'd love to see Sky F1 show this too. If you leave him long enough does he go back to the Roman Chariot racing winners do you think?!?!

I know he loves the history of F1 and the cars etc but that is still amazing. I wonder if you can pick a year and get him to name race winners....

Did anyone else watch the "No Time to Die" segment before the Grand Prix?

Out of Stroll, Brundle and Seb the only one who managed to drift the DB5 was Seb (*)

(*) Okay it may have been edited but the stunt driver was also complimentary about him

I'm impressed. I suppose he should know them all given who he is and what he does, but to have no thinking time, and not to make an error. It is nerdish level of knowledge for the rest of us.

A group of fans I used to watch F1 with at our houses in rotation and the host set questions for everyone as we turned up. One of them was to name as many WDCs as we could, although not, thankfully, including the years or the number of times they were champion. I won, although I forgot Hulme until after I submitted my answers. The prize was not having to do the clearing up, including washing up, putting furniture back, clearing food and drink, so competition was fierce.

Another time we had to name as many makes that competed in the 1980(?) French GP. We complained that it was too easy, even with the penalty of reducing your score if you picked a team that didn't compete. The following race, we had to name all the drivers who competed over the weekend of the (forgotten the year) British GP. This led to a disagreement that simmered for years. Two of the blokes got the same score (no one got them all) but one picked a driver who was entered but did not turn a wheel. The option of just ignoring it was unsatisfactory to the other chap. You could hear him sulking. The following race the host got us to draw lots as to who didn't help with the tidying up. Point made.

I got to Club early one British GP and fell in with a group of nerdish blokes. A sort of question/answer competition started and I thought I stood a good chance. My first question was what did the initals of March stand for. I couldn't figure out who A was. I had the book, but in panic, I thought the title was Five Men . . In the end time was called and everyone else said Alan in unison. Not my finest hour.

Always seems strange to see Mark called a stunt driver, he is one of the UK's best rally drivers. Nice bloke.

I thought Martin was going to show both the whipper snappers how to handle the DB5 but you’ve got to hand it to Seb (although he did come closest to reaching a tyre wall. Twice)

How much of it is actually an Aston though? It's really an E46 M3.

Ah I thought it was one of those modernised heritage rebuilds like an Eagle Speedster kind of thing.
