Speaking of McLaren, about 17 ish years ago, one of my daughter’s school friends asked her if her Dad would take her out in his Lotus. He was 10 at the time.

I duly obliged and he had a great time. He told me he was going to be in F1 one day. Which 10 year old doesn’t want to be in F1 ? Or be an astronaut?

We where watching the Monaco GP and daughter says that looks like Frazer ! The said old school friend. A quick scan of the McLaren social media and there he is beer

I put a note up with a photo on our local village Facebook page that one of our boys was in F1. He doesn’t live in the village any more but his Mum must have told him.

Next day young Frazer came round after all these years and told us all about his journey with McLaren.

Very proud of this young lad.

He’s the one with the Orange helmet at the front

I didn’t think so but that picture seems to show they have or it’s been manipulated.

I didn't think they had either. But that picture, which I'm pretty sure will be two scale models side by side, seems to show they have for sure.

Audi own Ducati, Ducati MotoGP still runs as Ducati, with a small Audi Sport logo on the bikes

I used to work for an insurance company, about which the Financial Times, printed an article that its Life Insurance division (which had just been formed into a separate Company, but "definitely not so that it could be sold off, no, definitely not") was being sold to a Danish Bank. The FT were forced to print a retraction stating that their article "had no foundation in fact". Two days later the sale was announced.
