These prices are ludicrous. No GA for Sunday only means the cheapest race ticket is €180, with another €100 to park your car.

LM must have some ambitious ROI expectations!

I'm sure that Williams have been running one for a few races.

Interesting question to Vettel today regarding 2 races per weekend (splitting one race into two sprint races). Whoever came up with this idea must be insane, unless they want to do the same to F1 what they did to freaking Nascar i.e. alienate core audience, which never gets replaced by the new audience for whom these ideas are brought into life and it ends up killing the sport.

Wouldn’t be the first time, watch the FIA backtrack on drastic engine regulation changes now that it’s become apparent that the new engine manufacturers never materialised.

Danny Ric will start the race from the back of the grid with penalties for a new PU.

Interesting conversation this morning with Anthony Davidson, regarding 'power units'. Only allowed 3 for the year but the teams are going through vast numbers of them on the dyno back in the factory, to enable 3 to last the season. The ironly that it's likely cheaper overall just to allow an engine per race.. Whoops..

As much as I would prefer Danny Ric' to start in his rightful qualifying position, watching him carve his way through the field on Sunday should make for good entertainment.

The predictions about Red Bull's pace could be true then.

It's either that, or 'Party Mode' hasn't been enabled yet.

Who is going to use ‘party mode’ in FP1?

A slight swerve but really enjoying the chat between Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button. Very entertaining..

To be fair it’s the replacement mgu-k that he burnt through at monoco, retire in the lead with a part in tact, or win at monoco? Hmmm..

Only FP1 - but i'd say based on the vague patterns of the season Vettel is looking tidy again.

Seldom really there in FP1, and today on 2 tenths off on a less soft compound to those in front.

So that's my early doors internet bet.

That said, like everyone else I though LH would walk Silverstone, so what do I know?

FP2

Merc looking good. Max was as quick as the Merc cars in S1 & S3, but losing a couple of tenths in S2.

Ferrari lacked some speed in the twisty sector 3, but generally matching Merc/RB in S1 & S2...

Would be nice to have a wet qualifying...

I bet McLaren are thinking the same thing!

I can't believe how slow they are.

Missed the practices. Who is looking the best and on what tyre this weekend? Medium is the main race set? Cheers

To be fair they are apparently running in full test mode on a Friday, leaving only FP3 for proper setup which compromises the race pace.
