What a mug! He thinks he can escape the layers by dropping out of Rich Energy Ltd and running way. Surely as he was personally named in the Whyte case, he's still going get stung for the money?
Aren't Whyte only after £35k? Surely a charity shave of the beard will take care of that?

or a sponsored silence... that might pose a bit of a challenge though.

What's the betting Storey has never heard of pre-emption rights? The model articles adopted by RE provide that all other shareholders have to be offered the shares, etc.

York Hall Leisure Centre, Bethnal Green - classy.
Boxing has to be one of the most contrived, corrupt sports (most of the time) within which some of society's less amenable characters circulate.

So probably entirely fitting that they're throwing more of other people's money at this.
It's going to be a fair fight, I always win.

So who are the new guys and how did they get it off Storey? Curiouser and curiouser.

How does that now stand in light of the court action by Whyte? Are Lightning Volt Ltd and Storey still on the hook for the Rich Energy Ltd damages and what about the HAAS £35 mil claim?
Not sure on the Whyte part but I'd imagine the stakeholders with actual cash still want to sponsor Haas from what's been said this weekend, so can we expect a swift rebranding of the car and the cash to keep being paid as it was anyway?

Excellent!

What's the betting this somehow isn't the end to his involvement/meddling though smile
Haha..

Not only that, but Storey and Terzic are no longer directors. Intriguing.

New shareholdings as follows:
- William Storey - 0% (previous: 64%)
- Brandsellers holdings Ltd - 12% (no change)
- Charlie Simpson - 10% (no change)
- Robert Lee - 10% (no change)
- Neville Weston - 2% (no change)
- Lloyd Tunicliffe - 2% (no change)
- Matthew Kell - 64% (new shareholder)

Matthew Kell is also sole director.

Curiouser and curiouser. As a previous poster noted, the articles of Lightning Volt (nee Rich Energy) Ltd have pre-emption rights on transfer, so presumably the 'no change' shareholders have waived those.

The mysterious Zoran Terzic resigning on the same day. Now they wouldn't be one in the same person would they, in another twist of the plot?

That does not look to be the most reputable of businesses. What's the deal here, looks like they 'front' the company and then take the legal flak?

Edit: I can't find a match for BDG Group and 3rd Floor Newcombe House, Notting Hill Gate: your internet skills may well be superior to mine. Or is the new shareholder involved in BDG Group?

According the the screenshot (of the Companies House website?) that I quoted above, the address was changed to that of The BDG Group, then later amended to the exact same address but without the BDG Group's name in front of it.

Edit - it does appear to be a different address to that quoted on the BDG website, so who knows?
