What a mug! He thinks he can escape the layers by dropping out of Rich Energy Ltd and running way. Surely as he was personally named in the Whyte case, he's still going get stung for the money?

York Hall Leisure Centre, Bethnal Green - classy.
Boxing has to be one of the most contrived, corrupt sports (most of the time) within which some of society's less amenable characters circulate. So probably entirely fitting that they're throwing more of other people's money at this.

So who are the new guys and how did they get it off Storey? Curiouser and curiouser.
How does that now stand in light of the court action by Whyte? Are Lightning Volt Ltd and Storey still on the hook for the Rich Energy Ltd damages and what about the HAAS £35 mil claim?

Excellent! What's the betting this somehow isn't the end to his involvement/meddling though
New shareholdings as follows:
- William Storey - 0% (previous: 64%)
- Brandsellers holdings Ltd - 12% (no change)
- Charlie Simpson - 10% (no change)
- Robert Lee - 10% (no change)
- Neville Weston - 2% (no change)
- Lloyd Tunicliffe - 2% (no change)
- Matthew Kell - 64% (new shareholder)
Matthew Kell is also sole director.
Curiouser and curiouser. As a previous poster noted, the articles of Lightning Volt (nee Rich Energy) Ltd have pre-emption rights on transfer, so presumably the 'no change' shareholders have waived those.

That does not look to be the most reputable of businesses. What's the deal here, looks like they 'front' the company and then take the legal flak?thegreenhell said:
