That account is fake. If it’s true, the current Williams account would simply change its name and “@“. When you are a company or influential person on Twitter, they allow you to change your “@“. Racing Point did this when changing to Aston Martin; it’s the same Twitter account.

Well, Williams released all their team wear for 2021 for sale today, nothing with Rich Energy on it.
I know it’s not a completely fool proof answer to it meaning there is no sponsorship links there, but it’s promising...

Storey was claiming he was taking over Sunderland because he'd managed to make an enquiry about it, it wouldn't be a shock if he's sent Williams an email and despite not even having a reply is now making similar claims about sponsoring them.
