Exactly.

People say Schumacher was dirty. Magnussen did more in that clip than Schumacher is his career laugh

Some pundits saying this is still a Ferrari track.

I remember Vettel going past Hamilton like he wasn’t there last year, making me think that Ferrari had the upper hand. Which they probably did at that stage.

Ericsson is to race for Alfa this weekend apparently, one would assume replacing Gio but that bit hasn't actually been stated.

Weird one.

Gio is either I’ll, or been asked to do the sim work for the red team or (big or) Kimi will drive for the Scuderia...

I can't see that story on any other sites.
When is the latest the team needs to officially announce it?

It's new news this morning and has only become knowledge via the requirement for someone to cover Marcus' Indy seat.

I guess a team can announce a replacement all the way up to the start of the qualy? Since PDR replaced Massa before qualifying at Hungary 2017. Expect various other confirmations/denials today.

Looks like Ericsson is there with the team but not replacing either Kimi or Gio. Very odd for him to miss Indy to not be driving at Spa...

So, Kimi the one possibly being replaced. Too much sauce over the holidays?

Well according to Kimi he seems to drive better pissed than he does sober. Maybe he's got a cold?

Very excited to be attending the for the 3 days. So, hoping the weather is decent and the racing is good.

Personally, I can't see anything other than Lewis dominating the race. Quali may be tight, but on race pace, the Merc should smash it.

It will be interesting to see how Bottas performs given the constant speculation regarding his future. I suspect an announcement will be made before hte weekend.
Evidently Bottas confirmed for this and next year via Merc facebook page.

Sensible move by Mercedes. He won't rock the boat, get in Lewis's way to the WDC and pick up points for the team. So where does Ocon go?

That could make things very interesting.

Will help Red Bull out in qualifying and maybe the race.

The first lap could be a repeat of 2018.

Is pole that important at Spa?

Albon to the back of the grid for Spa. Gasly will be pleased.

No pressure in qualifying at least.
