That's precisely what they do want people to do!
If someone gets CV19 and you have been working with them in close contact, you have to isolate for 14 days. That is the whole concept of track and trace we just moved to. https://www.bbc.com/news/amp/explainers-52442754
Yes, in close contact. Not the entire team though. If a worker at the VW factory is detected with CV they'll make a judgement about who should be isolated alongside them, they won't sent 4000 people home.If someone gets CV19 and you have been working with them in close contact, you have to isolate for 14 days. In Melbourne one McLaren worker was tested positive, they were isolated along with a few others they may have had close contact with.

It will be the same as with football and other sports now restarting. There will be a high level of testing and therefore its possible to isolate cases without a mass quarantine regime (which clearly wouldn't work with sports teams). All about the testing.
Yes - because there is no other way. As safe as possible is the requirement, and follow protocol when there is a case detected. We'll all know for sure how it'll be handled in reality as there is no chance of the season going ahead and no one involved picking up CV at some point. It's guaranteed some will get it, it's a virus.. Same as any other virus in that regard. The team members will just be far less likely to get it than most other workers outside the sport.

Will both British GP's be on "normal" telly, does anyone know?
Why would it be?Best chance Sky will get to up the TV figures is now, with all those fans who saved hundreds £ not attending still wanting to watch the race live.
I bet there are loads of garden barbies with the TV on happening for these races.

Yep just checked C4 can show the full British GP up to and including 2022, so will they be showing both?

Maybe they'll use the double header races to try making changes to qualifying as it was mentioned last year. Hopefully we'll get a reverse grid race
I thought it was discussed but rejected ?They needed unanimous agreement but Merc didn’t agree so it was dropped ?
Reverse grids are good fun for exhibitions, W series did one last year, but there’s no way it’ll happen in F1 with points and prize money at stake.
Given the relative performances of the cars last year, at a generic track the Mercs start at the back and most likely come through to the minor points places 4th-8th. The cars starting 14th and 15th (RB or Ferrari) have a good chance to win the race.
Nothing to do with making it harder for them to win another championship. No, not at all.
As for his first point, how do you know it won’t improve the racing? Some of the best races have been when cars have been out of their expected positions.
The second? Well that must be tongue in cheek, F1’s been trying to ‘fix’ itself with gimmicks for years.
I think Zak Brown’s closer with:
"They probably have the most to lose, if you like. It is pretty clear they still have the best car on the grid and so will probably be on pole position more often than not. So I understand from their point of view they are probably risking that pole position."
