Now is it just me thinking that the Ferrari seeming to have strong pace in the corners will mean they have a good chance in Monaco of getting up the grid? Am I dreaming?
They could do very well, probably better than Red Bull and McLaren. Not so sure about the Mercs, they turn well too now!

Yes but I am concerned about LEC binning his car in the barrier at Monaco as he is a little unsettled.
LeClerchke is great over one lap and will often overdrive to achieve a great qualifying position. Sometimes it ends in the wall, sometimes (most of the time?) it puts him ahead on the grid. Lewis is more circumspect I think. With circumspection keeping him in the running in qually, but often behind Charhles.
Nice post by Lewis about his brother at the weekend

Seriously, it has been great to watch Lewis this weekend. Kind of reminded me of him 4 wheel drifting in the McLaren back in 2007.
I rate CLC as one of the very fastest of the lot, perhaps the quickest of all over one lap. But I'd wager he's been a bit taken aback, lately, by what a 41-year-old can still do.
