Round 7 and France. A dull, dull circuit but if Red Bull win again, you’d have to start taking their championship chances seriously. It’s also the first GP with the new flexi wings tests, which may shake things up a bit.

Another Max and Red Bull win for me.

If they did the cut between 10 and 12 it would create a better stopping and passing oportunity. The rest of the track long fast corners and a waste.

If Max wins here, I'd bet big (I don't bet) on him winning the championship.

10,000 possible layouts, yet they still can’t find one that makes for an exciting race.

Don’t they have sprinklers here for testing in the wet, maybe turn them on and off at random times for 90 minutes?

I can't watch the French GP because it gives me a headache.

Not particularly interesting but apparently it was part resurfaced and tweaked in a few places: https://www.planetf1.com/news/paul-ricard-makeover...

If you look at the above photo with crossed eyes, you'll never have need of a Ltd Slip Diff

I just hope Max and Lewis both finish on (or near) the podium this time.

Don't wish to jinx it but...

Newly surfaced track and hotter track temps than usual.. pirelli might have another bad weekend here and subsequently screw up the proper order.

I suppose there must be a French equivalent of this forum - I wonder what they think about this disgrace of a circuit..?

As a nation, between Paul Ricard and Renault, F1 hasn't served them very well in recent years smile

I think this will be a Mercedes return to form.

Maybe with that and with Perez clicking with the Red Bull, we’ll get our first look at 2 Mercedes drivers vs. 2 Red Bull drivers.

McLaren return to the position of best of the rest.

I agree apart from the fact that I have very limited confidence in Bottas doing the business. Hope to be proved wrong.
