Good F2 race too, although the result would have been very different were it not for many pit crew errors - including at least three unsafe releases with three wheels on their wagons.

A general warning probably on the way to the rusty teams.

Are they deliberately removing the drivers timings on the left at certain points like the last lap?

You have to credit his determination, but not his skill, judgement or intelligence.

I don't knownwhy Nissany keeps doing it. How many years is this trundling around the back and midfield of f2. No one will take him further.

Theo Pourchaire’s day goes from bad to worse. A spin and crash this morning, followed by a fire in qualifying. Red flag as they clear up the mess.

Edit: Now Logan Seargent in the wall. Chaotic session here.

7 laps down in F2 and 2 safety cars already. 1.5 laps of green flag so far!

F2 sprint race just a series of safety cars punctuated by brief green flag periods.

I’m glad nobody’s bleeding to death in one of those cars, has any support at all arrived on the scene yet?

More farcical FIA (Eduardo Freitas not yet in charge) issued a safety car will go through pitlane, but the accident was on the pitlane entrance approach so they didn't go through but didn't take back the pitlane message sent, amazed only 1 car went through the pitlane, but he really should have just followed the others.

The drivers were already out and walking up the pitlane 5 minutes ago

Agree but Hauger was the first car in the queue wasn’t he?

Oh my god, so they asked the race director if they should go through the pitlane AFTER the message that pitlane is closed was issued, and the race director said go through the pits. WTF

Fortunately, yes.
The combination of limited service roads and slow marshall response could lead to quite a few laps wasted behind SC tomorrow in F1 as well, given they've been pushing boundaries of new cars as well, which would be disappointing.

Missed that and will catch up later, but looks like yet another shambles from the FIA.
