The terrorising of Perez on social media isn't really on imo. He was always a solid, second-tier driver and he'd earned his place in the team. His confidence has gone now and he's unlikely to recover from it, but that second Red Bull seat has humbled several extremely talented drivers.

I wouldn't be surprised if we find out one day find there is more to all this than just Perez is st, lol.

RedBull 2nd seat is just being a test mule for Max. This means they want someone with good articulate feedback to the engineers.
Im guessing the constant hints that Yuki wont be the driver is because they dont think he can do that.
I dont really care who does it now but its interesting to ponder if redbull had a talented sets of engineers and support for both cars that maybe yuki would be on max's pace and probably only be losing out with the odd mistake now and again.
Yuki gets better every year so maybe a few more actually being allowed to race in the other team is more healthy.
Saying people cant cope with max is just deflection from the fact you will be knobbled.

I'm guessing this will be Perez last race weekend in a Red Bull owned car.

Why does Perez always parks the car after a spin or a small crash.

Perez had the red bull chocolate gearbox in his car. That flashy spin turn to get back going probably broke it.
Punted out of the race by bottas I think ,skyteam bongo made little effort to explain. Piastri obviously going to get a penalty for his crash into Colapinto. They made little effort to understand that was going to happen either.
Did bottas get a penalty for anything? as he caused mayhem later with kmag as well lol.
As usual the coverage after the last race is laughable. All busy wondering about what they were getting for xmas.
Perez being subjected to constructive dismissal all season and hanging it out for best deal. Why should he go of his own accord.

I don't think there is much point in applying penalty points to a driver with no seat next year?

Bottas hit his sidepod IINM, causing damage that meant retirement

He didn't get a penalty for the Perez incident. He retired from the race before he got one for the Magnussen crash.

I thought this but it is a little unusual in that if he (Bottas) becomes a reserve driver, he could feasibly start a race next year.

One would expect a penalty to therefore have been issued regardless.

Bottas got a 5 place grid penalty and 3 points on his licence, for misjudging his braking and causing a collision with K-Mag, to be served at whatever his next GP is.

Some reports coming out of Italy after the Red Bull meeting with Horner, Marko and Perez.

Perez has left the team. byebye

Nothing finalised in who is to replace him at Red Bull for 2025 but the decision will be taken after Abu Dhabi test.

So the test is now a pure shootout between Tsunoda, Lawson and Hadjar!

If I was Horner, I'd put him in for a year; he is pretty reliable at getting the most out of the RB. Keep Honda happy and gain some Japanese sponsors.

So after a string of bad performances, Red Bull give him a contract extension with a performance criteria that he completely fails to meet, then keep him until the end of the season and give him a massive payout to leave. Great work all round.

Hadjar would fit in perfectly and provide a balance.

Both sides of the garage will be getting equal quantities of frantic and abusive radio messages….

This one's worth another listen

I like the fact he took both hands off the wheel so he could express himself even better
