They will cancel any support race to ensure the F1 race can start on time. They always have done.
99.99% of the audience is for the F1 race.

F1 Academy race has already been binned because of this accident.

Maini and Bearman taking the alt strategy for the feature race. They’ll be hoping for a safety car.

Bearman is stuffed and Bortoleto is going to have to make up the inevitable penalty.

But very entertaining.
Prefer F2 to F1.

Well, it's entertaining I suppose, but a lap, followed by a crash, then safety car...repeat is a bit frustrating.

True, but I'll take it over some of the uneventful F1 processions we've had recently

Bortoleto is the real deal imo and a clever driver.

I’d go along with that. There’s something quite unlikeabke with Hadjar. Definitely fast but seems a bit bitter at times

5 time F2 race winner Dennis Hauger is moving from F2 after 2 years to Indy NXT with Andretti Global, a step back to get a step up?

He's not good enough to get any further.
Yes won f3 at first attempt but then 10th, 12th, 8th in F2 is not a good enough record.

edited to add i see the point your getting at. its a shot at the cadilac team if he does well in nxt?

They have now decided to add an extra race to the AD schedule this weekend. So, having crowned the new champion last weekend, they now have to uncrown her as it is now mathematically possible (if highly improbable) for her to be overtaken again.

3 races in Abu Dhabi is a lot to fit in, it could go out of the window again if there's crash damage to the barriers in another race like the Porsche at Qatar. 83 points ahead with 84 to play for though, it would have to be a monumentally bad weekend to lose the championship in Abu Dhabi.

The F2 races should be the ones to watch this weekend. All set up perfectly.

A wonderfully chaotic last race of the season for the young ladies of the Academy. 14 cars covered by about six seconds at one point.
