Thanks PiaP. A great boost. Reality is back after the depressing PM threads.

That's what I should have done; ignore the stuff I had no influence on.

Oh the prime minister! No point fretting about that, a new one comes along every year or so, all impotent.

They really can't do all that much harm.

Not sure what's happened to thumbsnap, as per last GP I can't see ANY of your pictures!

ETA one suggestion on Google is that it may have been caught by the new nanny state rules by our globalist government! rolleyes

I have come across totally innocuous photos on other websites etc, which are blurred or blanked out with a note saying that it was not allowable in my country!

Only just realised that it's a sprint race again this weekend, followed by Monaco next outing. They're not getting much testing or normal racing to figure out these rule changes are they...

Thanks for the thread PiaP, few into the wall of Champions?, lots of slowing down to recharge on the straights?, yo-yo overtakes ?

This year its already got to the point where I’m not fussed if something else is booked on a GP weekend, I catch up and FF through the fluff , guess I’m not the target audience any more laugh

I do enjoy this circuit!

Wall of champions may have a few visitors this year, with different entries due to clipping at the end of the straight? Could be tasty!

I've gone for Kimi purely from form. Would love him to keep the pace and clinch it this year, what a story that would be!

House to myself all Sunday - may enjoy myself some Bangers and Mash with it, and wash it down with an Aspalls!

I've got a 4-year-old granddaughter, entranced by Drive to Survive, who has never seen a GP on TV. My lad suggested she might like to sit with grandad and she seemed enthralled by the idea. So I've got my lad and granddaughter with me. A good circuit for her first race I think.

I'm really looking forward to it. She's my youngest and none of the other 7 have any interest whatsoever. 'Which car is that? What driver? Is he in front?' will be frequent questions. Then will come, 'Is it nearly over?'

(The sound is muted for Drive to Survive and just he captions used. Haas and all that.)

Thanks as always Mr Poke!

I think we should be voting on which Mercedes is going to test the wall of champions; it's been awhile since we've seen someone properly clobber it, and with the new power delivery model I suspect someone will test it. (Yes ok, it's going to be Stroll)
