I managed to get place 266 on the list (Just missed out!).
Although now at 265 so only need 15 more people to drop out wink
You'll make that no problem.

Oh great. Two Subarus here so would have really loved to have gone to this and yet I missed it because there's been no bloody 2017 calendar put up.

Awesome.

Hello Alex.
Is that spare seat still available? If so, can I be first to request it?
Sure is Aaron smile

Well, I wanted to go
But my car will probably be midway through being rebuilt by then anyway.

And as usual, Sunday Services are tucked away in a tiny subforum so many people miss it.

Why, oh why, oh why, can PH not EMAIL OUT TO INTERESTED PARTIES alerting them to Sunday Service being opened up.

It's really not hard.

Errrrrm they always have a story written about them on the front page and there's a post listing all the release dates confused

I navigate to Pistonheads directly to "My stuff" and then navigate around using "what's new" rather than going to PH.com.

Not only that but I may not look every day, sign up to a Sunday Service Newsletter, and get E-mailed when events are released, it's pretty simple. smile

Fair enough but they aren't only tucked away in a tiny subforum, the story about the event is published on the front page thumbup

Then that is how you use the site. It's not PH fault. The Sunday service calendar states what days it will be released and there was even a hint around what time of day it would be.

The email method potentially won't be as quick so then people would complain they received an email and it was already full.

Over 400 500 people managed to remember and navigate the labyrinth of pistonheads to sign up.

I don't think the problem is with the site or how they publish information.

It's really not hard.
Because this would:

1) Take time
2) Take money, and Sunday services are not-for-profit
3) It would require us to compile yet another email marketing database for people to opt into
4) Most importantly, the majority of our events are already heavily over subscribed.

You just need to look at the pre published calendar and make a note of it... It's really not hard wink

Fair play

Just a shame, as I really like Prodrive, very much in line with what I enjoy (trying to...) do.

I suspect my car will be off the road then anyway, oh well :-)

Not been to a PHSS for a while, is it still the case that motorbikes don't need to be on the list?
