It does seem a shame but these things happen.

How will the parking work then?
We'll just be parking outside the hangar instead! smile

My father is going via EventBrite signup and they had 2 times, 9am and 1pm. He got the 1pm tickets, but not sure it was told they had to arrive only at a certain time. Will check with him,

Will be checking the weather forecast on Saturday then, see if it's worth washing the car or not! Or is a shiny vehicle part of the entry requirements, along with the biscuits entry fee?! idea

Same here but it'll force a decision between my old Spider or newish GT86.

Luckily, we're local smile

I can confirm that arrival at 9am will be fine now, as well as 8am. Not so much coffee needed after all smile

Do we have to be there for bang on 9am? Would turning up later cock things up?

A friend of mine is on the aero team for AML and he sent me a screenshot of the internal mail sent to all staff re: Sunday....

AMOC Spring Concours
AML display - current cars, heritage, James Bond, racing, concepts and specials
PH Sunday Service thumbup
Design masterclass
Static aircraft display (however, seeing as we now know the airfield is active, it may not all be static!)
Welsh food festival (Cash only)
Children's activities

For the cost of a pack of biscuits and fuel, I'd get up a lot earlier than 5am for that!

I wouldn't advise arriving any later I'm afraid, AM are keen for us to get there as early as possible!

As stated in the email, this is some last minute information Aston have given us. Agreed its not ideal and we apologise it wasn't given sooner, but we have let everyone know as soon as we can. Is pathetic really a fair analogy?

Thanks for your courteous response, though.
Thank you for organising the PH part of this event. It is much appreciated. I will try to remember to bring some choccy biccies. Sorry for the moaners but I guess this is where we air our frustrations.
