Unless I'm being a muppet (which is entirely possible) my name appears to have been removed. I was around #480 on the list but I just checked in to see if information had been added on collecting/receiving tickets/passes and my I can't see my name.
I had only told the children we're going an hour ago.
Any ideas?

I have just changed email address and the old one is now non existing.
I had the same issue as my old email was fsmail! I changed mine with PH the other week though which I had to contact them to do the change for me. I got my pass emailed to my updated email address this morning.I have just changed email address and the old one is now non existing.
Maybe you could get a pass printed out from someone else you know going if you're on the list as they aren't specific to your username.

Changed to gmail from freeserve, and notified PH, carried out their instructions, but no Silverstone pass...Maybe you could get a pass printed out from someone else you know going if you're on the list as they aren't specific to your username.

Hi guys - I'm having a bit of an issue with my laptop (namely that it's not turning on, and yes it is charged 
), and the pass is saved on there, great timing I know! So could I ask a huge favour of someone, and ask you to forward the email I sent yesterday (including the pass) to those that are saying they haven't received it on here please?
