Haven't been to a sunday service for a few years now, this looks a good'un.

Perfect way to rope the gf in too, "it's in palace grounds so we can go look around once you get bored of cars sweetheart" She's a history nut so it should be an easy sell!

The Palace worked for me too smile
I haven't been to a Sunday service before, do we need any ID or an extra ticket to get in the Pistonheads area?

Excellent, look forward to having you along for your first one! We'll email out a print out the week of the event, which you'll need to display on your dash to be directed to the Sunday Service area. That email will detail full instructions for the event, what time to arrive, where to head to, etc.

Yes it is possible, but it would be better to buy ahead of the event so that you can drive straight in to avoid any queuing/hold ups.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: When purchasing your tickets, you must enter code PHSUN into the coupon code box at the check out. This is to ensure you’re sent a windscreen sticker to gain you access to the Sunday Service area. This only applies to anyone purchasing tickets after 21st August.

Please note that the cut off to buy tickets is 23:59 on Thursday 24th August to ensure you receive your windscreen sticker in time.

For anyone who has already purchased tickets, you'll receive an email from me later this afternoon.

Just bought my tickets online and entered the code PHSUN into the discount/promo code box (it was the only place I could see to put it??), it says the show starts at 10- I assume that's the actually show and we get there for 9?

Excellent thanks. Yes that's correct, the Sunday Service will start at 9:00. Full details will be emailed out later this week.

If you don't buy tickets before the cut off this Thursday, then we won't be able to guarantee access to the Sunday Service area. Blenheim Palace are being strict about us sending out a display sticker to put on your windscreen, and we'll be sending these to everyone that has bought a ticket and sent us their address by 23:59 on Thursday. An email will be going out shortly to everyone signed up to the Sunday Service with a form to capture addresses so we can send the stickers out.

Anyone who signs up or buys tickets after that time, won't be able to receive the sticker on time and may be directed to general parking instead of the Sunday Service area. It's not ideal, but these are the terms being imposed on us by the venue unfortunately.

Quick note to clarify the ticket situation I found my self in.

As the other half wanted to look round the Palace, we brought the more expensive option of the £24(ish) tickets which include access to the grounds and palace. It asks you to enter a date of visit, and then encourages an upgrade to annual pass, which we did, at no extra cost.

We then get an general email on 24th saying annual pass holders need to pay a further entrance fee as only entitles a 50% discount to the event.

I phoned the palace, and they said the email annual pass confirmation is dated for 3rd September, and will admit without further cost on this date. The email can then be converted to an annual pass card, at the annual pass office within the venue on the day.
