Great event, nice to have something for the non-car-loving other half to look at. My only picture...

That police van mentioned earlier, was parked up behind a bend on the A24. Hope no one fell foul to the cheeky blighters!

Quick Iphone pic of my steed.... good to see a few other E39's around in various guises.

Cracking, albeit frosty start to a Sunday. Good bacon baguettes too!

The A24 camera van is a common location. There are lots of bikers along the A24 and there have been lots of biker fatalities on those bends over the years, as well as car fatalities.

Yay, a picture of my car that wasn't taken by me! (the TVR). That hardly ever seems to happen at these events as I'm a bit of a lazy bugger and tend to turn up at around 10.30 typically by which time most photos have probably been taken smile

Anyway I echo most of the comments so far - great, friendly Sunday Service in an amazing location and for me a superb one hour's cross-country blast to get there. The random tank in a field was a highlight but also loved the Ford GT and thought the Stinger looked surprisingly good in the flesh, had a real hunkered-down look.

Nice to have a slightly smaller meet but agree the numbers seemed a bit down which was a shame. Would definitely attend again. Thanks PH.

I do think a function of the numbers feeling down was a fact it was spread across 2 car parks, with the road down the middle meaning those on the opposite side to the main area (beyond the Diablo) had far less traffic

Thanks for posting a pic of my M4 smile

Really enjoyed the morning, reminded me of events from a few years ago with such a great selection of motors of all types.

Here’s to the next one smile

Looks like a few more turned up after I left (at about 11ish) - another Macca and a 70's 'Vette?

Oh, a public "thank you" to all you honest PHers who would have doubtless seen that I had left my sunglasses in their case on the dashboard, with the roof off, and didn't nick them!! clap

I was amused by the "Prancing Moose" on the Volvo.

Appreciating all the moose-love! It still makes me smile every time I see it. I've been taking my M3 to Sunday Services for years but never made the photo thread, which I guess means the Volvo is the more interesting car?! Seemed more fitting for a visit to a Surrey vineyard, anyway...

Thanks to PH and Denbies for organising, it was the first SS I've persuaded the Mrs. to attend (on the promise of purchases at the farm shop!) which meant a very pleasant family day out.
