Was a great morning. I went to a BMW Sunday Service a long time ago but it must have been at a different location as it definitely wasn't there and in a multistory, no bad thing though as it made for some very nice sounding revs from cars
Well run as always, and I fell in love with the 760i on display, the tech just in the back was so impressive. Also had a look at the Z4 for the first time, lovely inside but wasn't too impressed with the outside, something about the colour and the chrome at the front made it look cheap but it might grow on me.
Fantastic cars today and I didn't see anyone driving like a tit in or out of the venue which is always good to see.
They had a new 760 on display to crawl over?! Now I'm double gutted I didn't get in! Looking to upgrade mine to the current model some time.Well run as always, and I fell in love with the 760i on display, the tech just in the back was so impressive. They certainly did, although I got told off for putting my take away coffee cup on the roof when I got in the back! Mr Hi-viz was a bit protective of it (or maybe knows my reputation) Great thanks to PH for organising and BMW UK for inviting us along
For another cracking morning out.
Shame there were a lot less old or “youngtimers” in the car park this time round,
As an owner of an E34 (which made the 2017 phss) it would be nice if this event
Could take place in 2019 a little earlier in the calendar to avoid the
Cruddy roads.
But a great morning out none the less.

I saw the 2 BMWs mentioned above leave and didn't think they were that bad. Seen a lot worse leaving other places.
And that’s why we don’t go back to them places it’s about time and a place and to me that wasn’t the place to do it. I remember the first BMW PHSS and the subsequent fallout, so we need to keep our enthusiasm under control when leaving events like these, otherwise they won't be happening again.
Thanks PH for another successful event.

He did seem very protective over the cars, and then proceeded to follow my friend and I around the rest of the fine vehicles on display. I can't recall the last time I spilled a drink, let alone one all over a car, but he still felt that it was his necessity to somewhat aggressively inform me to not drink in the rear tailgate of the new X5. I am very interested in the new X5, as it's bloody massive, that kind of thing pisses people off. I'm sure at least one of the people there yesterday will buy a BMW in the very near future.I will definitely be interested in taking a X5 50d or new X5M for a few hours in Munich last year to see the difference between the 2018 X5M I drove in Feb.
A big thanks to everybody who helped put on the event. Unfortunately, the attention span of a 6 year old boy limited our time at the event but it was good fun.
My highlights were the classic American motors...
Our e24 was awakened from its winter slumbers for the event but didn’t grumble too much!

Yes, thanks to PH and BMW for organising it.
Especially as it's just 5 miles away and I've only had BMWs since 2005!
Like many PH events the car park always has some interesting cars in it, but I loved the M635CSi they had inside.
It turns out there was catering, so I had a toastie before I left - but last year's bacon and sausages were better.
A great way to spend a Sunday morning.
