I'll be there in the Z4M Roadster and then joined by Mrs R and large hound for the charity dog walk around the circuit.

Z4? In display? Or are you just driving there to see the '80s metal?

Just driving there. Regrettably no '80s metal of my own.

I loved seeing the e28 M5s - the red and cirrus blue ones especially.

There a number of pics on Facebook - just search on Goodwood breakfast or similar

Great morning and some lovely motors on display. Was torn on a favourite between the rally Integrale on the main grid and the Panda 4x4 that was parked down the far end!

Also hope the chap in the S2000 was OK: he seemed pretty distraught after his prang.

Having recently moved to the area I attended my first Goodwood breakfast event yesterday and was hugely impressed.

It was quite a surprise to see the scale of the thing as I had always envisaged it being 100 or so attendees wandering round a couple of dozen cars in a car park.

But the event is absolutely vast, with acres of fields used as car parking and a much bigger walk into the event itself than I was expecting.

It was definitely worth it though, with a great range of vehicles on display and quite brilliant organisation by the Goodwood staff making everything seem very seamless and easy-going to create a very enjoyable experience indeed.

Also very easy to get a decent breakfast from the many vendors which was nice too.

I'm really looking forward to attending a few more of these.

How do I find out what the theme is for any future Breakfast Club events? There doesn't seem to be a diary of future events on their website.

Pretty sure the 80's one was the last Breakfast Club of 2019. Would expect a fresh set of themes and dates in the new year.

Unless that is, PH have something up their sleeves, such as a Sunday Service
