First time ever at Bicester & i fell in love with the place instantaneously!

Literally from the moment i parked in the PH area in the only 4 wheeled thing i could drive at the moment (albeit one with close to 200k miles on it!) i knew i finally arrived at a special place. One that got more special the longer i was there.

As soon as i decided to spend some quality time chatting with fellow PHers, including Jack, Ben & the guy with the green Jimny before deciding to go off on an expedition around the area.

And after a while, i decided to follow the cars to the hanger where the Cylinder Club had set up camp for the day, there were far more then Ferrari's, Porsche's & Aston's in there! Including a very special car i couldn't stop talking about!!

And here is that really special car in question!

There were more cars outside the hanger before i decided to enter the main bit of Bicester Heritage. And, to keep things short, it was by far the most fun i had at a car event in years.

As for photography? The whole place turned me want to take cool, artsy pics...

And then & went for a walk around & saw this little combo next to the Mercedes club...

Then, more photo taking fun ensued!

It was a genuinely sad moment when at 2:15pm, after everyone else had gone, i had to leave.

But i made a promise while relaxing with a couple of others. I decided that when i have the opportunity, i will be coming to another Bicester Scramble!

All the pics are of course in the link. https://flic.kr/s/aHsmKwY2cz

Three Sunday Services in a row for me. Never thought i'd ever do that again.

Till the next time!

Rob.

Does anybody remember the name of the company who had the 2 entirely custom bikes out front? One was a Ducati & the other was a Kawasaki.
