I hear the DVLA have relaxed the spacing rules now? My wife got pulled by a bored police man for having a space in the incorrect place. Can we have a plate with no spaces?

i did hear they were in talks of it and believe that yesterday they did relax the rules. also did i hear hear correctly about screw fixing bolts being allowed as something to do with having to be properly secured??? happy to be corrected
Thats not true at all - your plates do need to be properly secured but they don't need to be done so using a wrongly coloured stud. You would have absolutely no argument on that front as they will simply say you should have used a yellow stud, not a black one.Shmee said:
