That is thier promo truck. It was on Eddie Stobbart Truck's & Trailers. It is supposed to be an expensive rig.

I think it was called Debbie at a 'Name The Rig' auction. Stobbart Followers woke up early one morning to get a picture of it , I know it is sad isn't it.

All shown on Channel 5 a couple of months back.

Just full of useless info. thumbup

I don't know why but my gut instinct is that this car was from a dealers forecourt and was advertising the fact that it is an '05' plate car.

(Cue you telling me it was on a generation of Micra pre '05 plate!)
No, it was a third gen, '02 - '10 model, so it could be but that was the only plate front and rear.
From the MID:

O5 is on the Motor Insurance Database today The details on the MID are:

Vehicle Make/Model: NISSAN MICRA N-TEC

Probably was here before, I'm too lazy to go back a billion pages. Shakespeare rocks smile

wow, I've not see those before (on vol 3 anyway LOL)!
almost identical pic. has been posted way back in Vol 2 I think - but NOT 2B was on a Bentley in that one ...
They are amazing plates though, I don't mind seeing them again.
+1 smile
My vote as well. The most perfect pair we have seen?

Must be an expensive plate but it's only on a micra!

Spotted 1LW on a battered old mk3 golf yesterday.
Have a guess how much I'd like that plate!

My mum's reg plate is VR55HAZ on her fabia vrs. So it's like VRS Shaz.
I know a guy who has the reg OPM 1 because of the name of his business, although he gets pulled all the time because it looks like 'opian' apparently!
I'm looking for a plate for my Scirocco at the minute. Would 'S7 ORM' work? (as in storm).

I hope your mum's got it spaced correctly otherwise it goes straight into the 'chav' section wink

ps - am I being thick but what is 'Opian'? Whatever it is, I don't think it when I see OPM 1!

It's got show plates on so it is most definitely spaced correctly. Apparently only legal in Scotland?

OPM sounds like opian. No idea why a copper can get that mixed up (plus I doubt many drug dealers would know what it was :P)

I think you've answered your own question. The stoppage occurs because of showplates - most definitely chav!

PS I"m pretty sure that 'showplates' are as illegal in Scotland as they are in the rest of the UK.

Also, is your friend suggesting that he's stopped because the BIB think OPM is a bit like opium? Tenuous reason to be stopped!

I was! But opian makes no sense - I thought it might have been a typo!
