I rarely do weekends, but sometimes go for a full week and do all the evening sessions. Mid week its often surprisingly quiet.......

I haven't been for a couple of years due to lots of reasons discussed, but i used to do more laps on a single weekday evening slot than i would over an entire weekend. The laps were far better, quicker, less traffic and more fun.
