I agree. Totally original or very mildly modded is more special than these things now.Im with you. Id rather see nice twists on original stuff. In 2015 i had a ta22 celica,and instead of engine swapping for a jap 2.0turbo, I built up a original to the car 2t engine ,using modern components and machining, electric dizzy and modern carbs. It made 130 bhp at the rear wheels. Sadly it got stolen,just after completion, but the point is, You want a classic to ACTUALLY be a classic,(but be a fun drive) not a new car with an old shell.
