It shouldnt be driven in the UK but you see a lot of hot rods here with no wheel arch covers and exposed engines on the road. I guess its not the sort of thing the police are looking to pull really.

Seems bizarre as in the uk we think the Americans are safety obsessed and legislate against anything not 100% safe
