Shows to be the only Alfa 33 Sportwagen on the road, let alone for sale?

Looks like a lot of fun.
It does, but £15k is simply insane. You could get a really nice Mk1, turbo or supercharge it, fit decent suspension and still have a good chunk of change. It does have "aggressive pistons" though, grrrrr.

Isn’t that what became the new c43 amg, or am I thinking of the c450? Got quickly unveiled then shelved iirc.
That was the C450. You can get an E400 Coupe in the UK, parts of Europe and the states get E400 saloon/estate as well
Isn't that just another Merc? rolleyes
Thanks for your input, really glad you turned your computer on and contributed to the thread biggrin

At least it's an estate rather than being yet another nicheless soft-roader.

Probably best I do not contribute too much as on the subject of "Cars you didn't know existed...." I could fill pages of all the different engine options for what are basically the same Merc. biggrin

But you knew they existed....so they wouldn't qualify anyway. beer
We've already had a debate that the thread should be called "Cars you didn't know existed until just now" or something like that hehe

Not sure if serious, and I may be due a parrot, but I think the owner might have bought a few badges from their local Vauxhall parts dept. The Vivaro BiTurbo is a 1.6 litre diesel, and there isn't a Vivaro VXR8 hehe

I had a vague recollection of PDI'ing one back in the day but had to go looking for evidence

Can't think of many compact transverse V8s (Volvo/Yamaha B8444S) that would fit , never mind bolt on to the existing mounting points. Compact V8 twin-turbo diesels... GM's aborted 4.5-litre DMAX V8? 72-degree vee angle and a single turbo.

NV300/Talento/Trafic/Vivaro uses Renault's R-Type engine.

No parrot needed. smile
