Came across this the other day as just been auctioned - the1967 BMW/Glas 3000 V8 Coupe. Gorgeous one-off from the defunct manufacturer Glas and BMW. Never seen it before but rather reminds me of a Monteverdi.

Any idea what it sold for? If it's the same car it's for sale for 300k euro.

Monteverdis were styled by Frua, and Wikipedia tells me the same for that BMW so no wonder they have some similar cues. The BMW/Glas is not his Mona Lisa though.
I immediately thought Frua as soon as I saw this..see also AC428

That's like an oversized Tonka toy.

Someone could do a PhD on the inverse relationship between cabin glazed area and wheel diameter over the past 20 years.

Riversimple Rasa hydrogen cell car prototype.

Regardless of whether this could be a more conventional electric car, it reminds me of what a modern Citroen should perhaps be.

I like that. It actually reminds me of the VW X1 quite a bit. Almost as If the X1 was a pure motor show concept and this is the production version that followed (not meant as an insult)

I saw one on the road today too - coincidence only as I can't remember the last time I spotted one...

haha... so as if it isn't astoundingly undesirable enough, you can drop £1k a month on the base model with 15 inch wheels in white.

I can’t get on with these weird headlight arrangements on this type of car. The top array where you’d expect the headlight to be are DRL’s and then the “fog lights” are the headlights confused

To meet legislation on the height of the light unit.

I think it's also inspired by the Nissan Juke kinda appearance, where the DRLs are on the top of the bonnet and very high up, but the headlights need to be a certain height above the ground, so they're stuck in separate compartments further down.
