I'm guessing you're on the same Facebook page as I am then!! I spotted that earlier today.

From the same page, how cool is this little thing? Renault Floride Convertible

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Renault-Floride-Caravel...
To be utterly pedantic, a Caravelle - sister car to the Floride.
The Caravelle was largely a badge engineering job for America. The Floride had a centre crown emblem at the front.
Based on the Dauphine which was a flop in the US, the Dauphines were all shipped back and the Caravelles that made it came back too.

It looks like a Jeep, but smaller. Think I quite like it! Actually, the grill left to right looks a bit Hummer-esq.

The new Jimny is one of the few cars that’s got me itching to buy one on pure looks/concept, kind of a hopped-up Panda.

Since the Swift 4x4 failed against the Panda 4x4, they should ask for a rematch with the Jimny, possibly with Sabine in it...off a cliff.

Paint it white and pink and slap some over-wide rims on and you have the car of choice for every Essex hairdresser in the late 80s

Definitely Vitara. Bull bars, side steps, wide arches, white roof, vinyl graphics (usually chrome)

I don't think they sell very many in the US, either!

I think it's part of Kia's long term plan of moving upmarket, or at least strengthening the brand imagine

I remember my family renting one of those streaky sided Suzuki jeeps in Greece in 1988, it had a 2-stroke engine biggrin

Don't forget the spare wheel cover featuring two shagging rhinos.
