Speaking of Yetis - I know there were cheap lease deals available a while back... how does this compare? Seems uber cheapness?

Only the 110ps diesel but I doubt it matters too much for their designated purpose. I like them a lot but SWMBO hates the faux off road looks. http://www.nationwidevehiclecontracts.co.uk/Skoda_...

Yeah I kinda like them too. Whilst accepting that, much like a Qashqai, they are marketed to look a bit rugged when really they're just an MPV.
I actually view them as a more upmarket Berlingo with a more 'lifestyle' image rather than the utilitarian one that the French cars have. A useful thing to have as a part of a fleet though. especially if you have kids. Chrisw666 said:

Yeah I was toying with getting something like that when our bambino arrived - but common sense prevailed and I got a 530iT instead.
Has your sprog arrived yet? Ours is due in about 6 weeks, and I've only just ordered the car seat. I'm not stting it or anything, honest!

Imagine the e28 will be a breeze (my daughters first car journey was in my e28 zinnoberrot 535i).
...because she'll be 18 when it's ready for her first ride?GP said he will help.

Yes, 3 months old now. She's awesome! Not a great deal of room in the back of the E39 to be fair. We have a Pebble on an Isofix base and it restricts the front seat to about half movement. Boot is perfect for all the associated gubbins mind.
The restricted movement will magically disappear when you can forward face her though, I'd have thought. We've got Britax stuff on the way, but it's all very much the same I suspect.WRT to all the Gubbins, we're steadily losing our flat to it.
