Mine's a spring chicken compared to most mentioned here, but a lot of people still think my 2000 120000 mile Ford Focus really must be breaking down every other week and costing me loads of money by now, infact, it used to be my Mum's car, and she passed it onto me when it had about 97k because she thought that as soon as it hit 100k it'd start costing her loads of money. I think she kind of regrets not keeping it now.

1999 E39 on 147k, not as old as some on here but well over the mileage mark where Joe Public thinks it should of exploded.
Agreed...2001 330ci 162k.I`d also be interested to see the highest mileage daily (commercials not included)
My puma is now 14 years old, made in 98. By no means the oldest on this thread, but I often drive to work not seeing any cars as old or older than the puma. I like the fact it's got plenty of years and miles under it's belt, and fancy putting on more miles than the previous owner. That'll mean 185,000 mile puma, it's a little way off that yet, currently sitting at 125k.
I used my 1970 Lotus Elan S4 to get to work for a week a month or so ago. I don't like driving it on short journeys though so I had to make my 2.5 mile commute a bit longer by driving all over the South Downs first!
The driver's side (electric!) window doesn't wind up at the moment which causes the roof to blow off at speed so it's a fair weather car until I fix that. Otherwise it would be a fine daily driver, loads of guys on the LotusElan.net forum use theirs every day.

Neither seeming "that" old to me, but...
Current daily driver is a 1989 GTA... total mileage unknown due to the usual GTA intermittent speedo...
Being supplanted as a commuter by a 1991 K100RS, with a fair few miles by motorcycle standards.
My father used to use a 1923 Cluley as a daily driver... in about 1953, though, so only 30-odd years old at the time.
