Killed the engine in your jetski? Those 13b mazda rotary engines are quite light arent they hehe

A bit pointless standard compared to the rxp turbos and the like, but still a bit mental.

I hardly dare ask, but what's your budget? I'm telling myself it would be £10k plus and therefore I should just buy a Z4M instead...
All the parts to do the conversion can be bought from a couple of specialists in the USA

Check out the Flyin Miata site.
check out 3/4 of the way down previous page...
Oh, don't worry, I have.

And Monster Miata.

And http://shop.partsworldperformance.com/ ... £10285 inc VAT for the 430bhp/420lbft base model, gearbox and stuff included. Just add a stronger diff, some coilovers and better brakes...
so not cheap but certainly 'doable' wink
Could be a lot cheaper with used LS1

No pictures as it has now been sold, but a friend of my brother's shoehorned a chevy V8 into a Willys jeep.

Opel got as far as doing Autobahn testing on a V8 Omega but they couldn't keep it cool enough on long runs for production.
Wouldn't that pretty much just be a Holden Commodore? wink
What would the Aussies know about heat management... hehe
Opel wanted the v8 Omega to be autobahn proof i.e. would it sit at 150 mph and drain the tank ... rinse and repeat ... all day every day ...

It's fair to say that's a long way beyond the scope of the equivalent Commodore's abilities and use. hehe

Didn't see any votes for this yet, shocking!
It needs no introduction.

Where is it now though?

Easily my TOTY 2012 thus far.

Hopefully it doesn't give me ideas....although I have always quite fancied a V8 Volvo.

The detailing on the E30 318i's exhaust (p4) is quite wonderful; I love the stealth in a similar way to the madness of the sectioned 914.

I've also always had a soft spot for the twin engined lunacy of the late nineties, Dubsport were full of big ideas at the time.
2 x 2.0ltr turbos.

2 x 2.9ltr VR6s. excuse the wheels, it was the 90's hehe

2 x 2.9ltr VR6 turbos.

Don't see anything like them these days.

Also, as I'm an ex Max Power reader I remember some rumours of a Fiat Uno with a quad turbo V12 from a Bugatti EB110, how true they were I don't know but it was apparently sold to some Sheikh before any pics could be taken confused
