Hmm. £76k to sit inside the inside of what looks like a Nissan Primera and drive at an average speed of 25mph on pot-holed UK roads. Lemme think for a minute. Nah.
On the other hand, £76k to get you inside a car which is probably faster than anything under £200,000. With some mild tuning, probably faster than any car anywhere point-to-point on country roads in varying weather conditions. So if you look at it that way, it is an absolute bargain.
If the only concern is having to drive at "25mph on pot-holed UK roads, you are probably best with a Nissan Micra and you are on the wrong website..

I'm interested. Could you elaborate?Other than fuel, is servicing very frequent and expensive? How does the big Datsun compare to German brands?

Its out of date but rest assured the costs have piled on. I have had Fezza's but this is extreme.

Great car the GT-R, but the price keeps creeping up. I mean you could buy a second hand one for £35K and with a re-map have a car that keeps the new £76k car honest. Its still a relative bargain for what it does, but is it worth more than a brand new Cayman S AND a Renault Megane 265 Cup? I'm not sure.

Still pretty much half the price of a new 911 Turbo.Second-hand 997 Turbo - ~£40k. Pointless comparing new with used (and both Turbo and GT-R are on another performance planet compared with a Cayman).
