Only downside now is that the air con doesn't work. Could be something simple but I doubt it, and no way of bodging it on the cheap
The windows work, don't they??
Yes, but when its 25 degrees and I'm crawling through traffic on the way to work, they may as well not
How often is it 25 degrees in this sunkissed island wink

Any love for Honda CR-V's?

http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/2017...

Ticks some boxes for me. Had a read about them on Honest John and they don't seem to have anything major wrong with them.
I bought a 2004 CR-V a few years ago for £2k, and ran it for two years as a second car without any major problems. Very practical car. The two piece tailgate and sliding rear seat were great for tip runs and Ikea trips. Stick with the petrol models at this age/budget. They are popular with OAPs, and consequently there are still a few nice well-looked after older CR-Vs out there.

Hi, need my car sold by Tuesday. Had a couple of nibbles on Facebook but nothing concrete.

Any ideas where I can get rid ?
WBAC will give £110 but it's worth more and thus it's up for £495

biggrin

I'd be happy if the AC is broken but the sunroof works. I hardly use AC if there is a sunroof. The only time I use AC is to rapidly demist and also when it's raining and warm.

This might be worth a look, very short MOT and listed as spares or repairs. It's got to be worth a phone call at least

Passed it's last two MOTs with no issue too. Nice little bargain for someone.

'The cam belt has not been done, but no issues'

Well it won't be an issue until it snaps and your up a creek without a Clio.

I asked about this on eBay and apparently there is a bottom-end knock from the engine

My shed's air con worked throughout last summer but seems to not work now frown

Luckily the windows work, and that's all that matters

What are these old V6 A6's like?

This one is high mileage and it's an N reg. However, it's local to me and I'm sure they could be up for a haggle?
