Up to £1200 includes 'haggle room' I have one myself and can throughly recommend one the build quality is fantastic, mines just been packed up and washed and polished for a early start and a 300 round trip to santa pod tomorrow,
Not that I would wish to do the quarter mile in it.
1993 BMW E36 325i with recent cooling system overhaul for £700.

Vol 2 already!
Perhaps due to the over abundance of grey motors parked up in the road outside today, I'm finding myself drawn to this Primera GT:
Frequently overlooked but a decent chassis with a nice pointy front end; cavernous boot, really quite impressive fuel economy for a 1990s 150bhp engine and solid reliability.
Advertised at £750 ono for an unmodified example that appears to have been well maintained by someone of progressing years - could be a very nice buy, with the added bonus of being surrounded by Cornish back roads for that all important post purchase familiarisation hoon.

And so the search for the ultimate way to spend a grand or less continues.
Let's kick off again with a leftfield choice... "it's got cop tires, cop suspensions, cop shocks"
It's £1200 so a tiny bit over budget but wouldn't that just make a brilliant car to take to LM24? Great way to start volume 2!Let's kick off again with a leftfield choice... "it's got cop tires, cop suspensions, cop shocks"
The yellow F(ail)40 you posted is so so bad that I think you need to sit on the naughty step and have a damn good think about your actions before posting such terrible monstrosities. After a few drinks I suspect that it will suddenly seem like a good idea though!

That's been featured before - and it's just down the road from me.Perhaps due to the over abundance of grey motors parked up in the road outside today, I'm finding myself drawn to this Primera GT:

If anybody is seriously interested, I can have a gander on their behalf.

Had one of these as a company car for 6 weeks in the states. I had an absolute hoot in it, but some scary moments on the freeway in heavy rain.Let's kick off again with a leftfield choice... "it's got cop tires, cop suspensions, cop shocks"

These and Volvo T5's always seem to have mega miles on them!!
From what I read on here, that doesn't seem to be too much of an issue. Did you see the very tidy 95 Aero Estate that went for £400 odd in the bargain basement thread?
