Badly modified cars thread Mk2
Discussion
TBH i was half expecting to check the car online and find it was a non turbo with an intercooler fitted for "scene kudos bruv innit" Definitely an eBay / bodge job it yourself special front mount kit
ETA - The driver side front wheel seems to be pretty much buggered judging by the amount of rim damage.
just had a look at the MOT history - i don't think it's ever passed first time. In fact last year it failed 3 separate times, before it eventually got a pass
These were some of the best failures from last year and probably says a lot about the current / previous owner when you look at that bodged on intercooler setup. Nothing says careful owner like missing wheel bolts
Nearside Front Wheel nut missing 1 bolt (4.2.A.1e)
Nearside Rear Wheel bolt missing 1 bolt (4.2.A.1e)
Offside Rear Wheel bolt missing 2 bolts (4.2.A.1e)
Bonnet retaining device ineffective (8.4.2)

Didficult weather and wide taking photos... burnthe front was missing, like exposed radiator style with some “different” lights that didn’t really fit. The panel where the rear windows would be seemed to be rusting through the matte black as were the arches.
A little part of me hopes it was a road trip in the most ridiculously modified car possible, in which case it is very cool, but unless the owners tongue is firmly in their cheek, that is terrifying!

I wonder when that photo was taken - given the lights on the prom I'd guess it's a recent oneEdited by Westy Pre-Lit on Tuesday 3rd April 06:19
