This is a 5 min drive from my house, it looks like a good laugh if nothing else. I don't think a car can be badly modified if it doesn't take itself too seriously.

I'll keep an eye out, hopefully someone local buys it and uses it.

It may be an odd taste but it looks well modified to me.

It is quite a thing in the US. I know several people there who owned hearses as students or recent graduates.

For insurance purposes, do hearses count as modified cars or is there a specific coach built category? I can't imagine that the claims record on hearses is spectacular and they'd make cheap loadluggers.
