I see a Red Fiesta with a wing like this on my way to work sometimes. I checked out his Insta-innit (he has the sticker in the window)

The fiesta one is attached to the tailgate but the VW one seems to be attached to the bumper. How do they open the back?
Available from Screwfix I understand. Just select your size.

That looks like it's at Chesterfield Halfords. Can't say I've ever seen it around though. Probably a good thing.

One for the bad parking thread too. That looks like a disabled bay. Whilst not impossible, it doesn't look like a typical blue badge holders car of choice.

If so I bet he could still see a yellow that vivid.

I'm sure this was at the BTCC at Oulton this year, it was a weird mish mash of track impracticality and half baked chav.

Does seem odd - looks as if there was any meaningful downforce generated this tyres would be rubbing like hell.

I'll admit, I do like the look of a *chassis* mounted wing on a dedicated drift / track car, but if it's attached to a bumper or tailgate and the vehicle had any real speed can see it deflecting bodywork all over the place.

This car was owned by someone local to me who had it up for sale for ages. I can only assume the garage took it as PX/sale return, either way it's now been with them for months.

There must be some real horrors/reason why the car has not been returned to one colour.

They must have given up trying to sell it. “Description: Green, £3,490” laugh

There's a couple of owners of the Twingo 133s that have put similar wings on them. I mean these are only 131bhp cars which are all about fun handling and lightness, so a wing like that is utterly points. If anything it's probably just a negative impact but some people like the courageousness of the looks. Personally I think they look sh!t haha.

Although you would have to be registered blind to drive that thing!

That car is owned by the Pastor family - one of Monaco's richest, and one of the biggest real estate players in the Principality. The driver is Gildo Pastor who owns Venturi Automobiles.

Well, I didn’t know that! Thanks for the link. It does look like a badly modified generic American family sedan to my eyes though smile The article says ‘Its design “evoked the elegance of the 1920s and 1930s”...’ Really? laugh
Turns out the Veyron is just a badly modified EB112

But its another E-Type back on the road give pleasure to those that use it. Considering what it was before, I don't mind.
