Ha, back in the day that site used to be a VW Audi dealership (Massingberds) and I did work experience there as a kid.

Still remember being in awe of a brand new S2 Avant that was in the prep bay that I got to prepare for collection.

It’s not even a V12 either!

I don’t see how these cars command such a premium with the body kits, all they have is some re apolstered seats, some carbon fibre and some wheels, the body kits can’t cost that much? That’s not even a 100 grand car by itself standard, what do actually get for the 170 grand extra

Could you trailer that away... or would it be easier to just sweep it into a carrier bag?

This one brought a wry smile to my face...

I could buy a legitimate 05 slk55 amg with excellent provenance, put together by Mercedes in a nice purpose built factory for around £15k.

OR

I could buy some hashed together dogs dinner of 2 write offs put together by a bloke in his garage for £14.5k

I wouldn’t call the Tesla seriously overpriced. Slightly maybe but not seriously. One of 5 for sale in the U.K. and the lowest priced example available.

.....And the mileage is of the engine, not the car being driven. Shadier than a seat under an oak tree at dusk.

MOT ran out 21st Nov 2018, no doubt it'll get a full and thorough MOT from his mate around the corner and all the fails/advisories sorted if someone buys it. wink

Thoughts on this one? Accident damaged Audi S8.

Dodgy write-up "for his uncle" check.

"Bolt on repair" despite obvious damage to the front crash structure.

Admits it's been sitting for atleast a year.

States top spec Hi-Fi but pretty sure it doesn't have the B & O stereo.

Oh and zero feedback just to give that extra piece of mind.

In my view that price is close to price of a clean car and it's possibly worth around 3-4k for the engine and box.

You'd have to be an "idiat" to buy that S8.

You'd have to have champagne tastes and beer fingers to bid on that.

I know Sport 160 models are quite expensive, but would you ... with that mileage?

Worst engine mapping I’ve ever known.

To think I sold mine at 2 years old for £17k
