Local to me, ex taxi.

265k, 21 years old. £3250 to you, sir.
I know the scene tax is pretty heavy on T5s, but that seems rather steep.

Can't see the pics due to work blocking them but a T5 won't be 21 years old and to be honest, finding T5s under £3k is pretty rare regardless of the mileage. I'm a T5 owner and even I'm amazed at the prices some people ask for them. I accept they do hold their value but some people are just plain mental!

Well they've gone up in price since I used to buy them fresh off the boat. Quite a few have found their way back to Japan for strong money, I wonder if this one will do the same

considering how so many people like the figaro i dont get why nissan don't tru and remake a funky looking car like that using the current micra. even if it's priced more than the current micra it'll be a fashion item and steal buyers that would otherwise get a fiat 500 or mini

When selling anything that rusts, surely you shouldn't be advertising it with photos showing it parked up right by a big salty thing that makes stuff go rusty?
When buying yank cars the ads will frequently make a point of the fact the car spent its life in a hot, dry state for this precise reason.

A common misconception: the Figaro has an engine from the same family as the Micra K10, but that is about the only thing they share.

This is usually discovered by owners who bought one assuming the bits would be easy to come by as it's just a Micra in drag biggrin

Not that you'd tell by driving one, but the engine isn't the same as it's a turbo

There's 26 on Autotrader alone. The highest priced car is £12k and that's £3k more than the 2nd highest.

It's a big premium for the low mileage.

About £40k in GBP, so yes, a lot of money for what it is. However, is it the below that got some bidders excited?:

“this lovely example holds the distinction of being featured in the popular Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee series (season 11, episode 10) hosted by award-winning comedian Jerry Seinfeld.”
