I know these are getting thin on the ground but with the dry rotting tyres and dirty interior £3k is a tad optimistic. Plus I noticed the same vendor has a Golf for sale too and they were asking £4500 for the saxo previously.

Always liked the way the Orion looked with it's Cortina rear end. Wasn't a popular Cortina mod to fit Orion rear lights?

Always wondered why they didn't do any performance / RS versions of the Orion (Onion).. I remember a few turbo conversions floating around in Max Power.

Nice enough car if high mileage, modified, non-original cars are your thing but certainly not £28k nice, perhaps half that at a (big) push.

Another case of someone expecting to recoup the full cost (and some) of their modifications.

Niall McShea used it for a while and most recently his cousin Paul ( now running a Vauxhall V6 engine )

They are pretty much the same size as a Mk2 Escort with a slightly wider track - small for a sports saloon.
A couple got converted to rwd by a local guy and had 2-litre Escort running gear put in.

Bought mine in 1997 at 21.
Insurance was £75 per month.
Not sure if that was good or bad, but I wanted an MG Maestro which was £600 TPFT.
