Pass the glue. £8k for a shed. Even if it has only done 1800 miles.
Isn't the accepted wisdom that you can have too few miles - meaning that it likely needs a load of work doing before you could realistically drive it?Pass the glue. £8k for a shed. Even if it has only done 1800 miles.
Also, it seems to have Metro "Rover 100" wheeltrims - did they actually fit those to the 200 range? Doesn't look right...

What is that really worth, rare car but not £60k rare.Owner is dreaming I think. Rare, yes. 60k? No.
W203 version, albeit in more abundance are 8-15k.

Ever since my mint, low mile unicorn one of these achieved almost £8k at auction a couple of years ago, everyone with a rusty, shagged one (which unfortunately, is the case with most of the examples remaining) thinks they're worth the same. They rot 10x worse than normal 200's due to apparently being hand finished with little rust proofing from Longbridge.Idly browsing some old Mercs earlier, which is admittedly fertile ground for some bonkers pricing, but somehow I found this one even more disagreeable than the £60k 280 SE that I'm sure has already done the rounds.
Lovely car, no doubt, and I knew old SLs were getting serious money - but £90k?! Not even a V8.

Not saying there aren't buyers, the SL Shop wouldn't exist otherwise, just that for me it's more than mildly bonkers.

I didn’t buy as after a test drive it wasn’t for me, drove like a boat to me but clearly plenty of others disagree
Not so much overpriced (arguably) but I'm astonished at this £80k G60 Limited:

Granted, try to find another (71 were built) - I'd love it, but £80k is strong money!
Prices will crash soon, right?

Old rare Golf's is something I definitely don't understand, but I would assume that at that sort of money that it would have an original interior and much less than 70k miles on it.https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/125402295732?hash=item1...

This weeks spotted - an R34 GTR just 3x it's original list price with 85k miles... to me, madness - if it was mint / unused, perhaps - but well loved like this, it's a big ol' nope from me - am I wrong?

I'll be honest I don't even really think it's that stunning - great workmanship no doubt, but that back would look much more at home on an older American pickup base. Dowdy green Defender (which is lovely in itself) owes itself to something differently styled to me. Whole thing looks rather disjointed.
