Being honest we could probably have a thread alone for Fords, seems as last few posts have all been Fords smile
For something a bit different then, how about this '06 Continental GT at 1,000 miles for a whopping £62k.

I sort of understand low-mileage collectability for some examples, even though it goes against my desire to see them used and enjoyed. And I actually find myself liking these Conti GTs more and more as time goes on. But they aren't rare, scarce, or interesting. Sure "find another at this mileage!", but why would you want to? Especially when you can find a well looked after example all day long for a third of the price.

Takes all sorts I guess.

Because we’re all individuals and desire different things from life.

That's M4 GTS Territory.

Know what I'd rather have.

I've already seen one crazy overpriced naff old Escort in this thread a few pages ago, it can have a a friend now. A '91 1.3 Popular with 27,000 miles for £5,500!

Five and half thousand of your hard earned for something that's not beautiful, fast, interesting, well-specced, tuneful, historically important, or remotely rewarding to drive. Talk about value.

I, for some reason God only knows, like that Escort.
Would maybe pay £550 for it, not 10x that though.

Was watching this yesterday, as it happens:

That's worth £5,000. I wonder if they will get any enquiries? Bizarre.

There is some incredibly daft pricing out there. I look at cars like that Escort and think it's a £999 car at best. Low mileage just means a crap car with low mileage.
A friend of ours bought an M-reg Escort in a quite smart metallic racing green as a runabout a couple of years ago for £500. Elderly neighbour had had it since new. He still has it and it's in really good nick as well. I ought to let him know he's sitting on a tidy profit.

Spec is dismal too. Pretty much base spec apart from the sat nav.

How about this monstrous Cayenne for £19,999. 125k and 10 owners, for added provenance.

From the ad:

"PS: please do not coment or disturb me if u drive a Corsa GT 1.0 or Micra AMG 1.2!!!"

Micra AMG! wobble
