P H04TCH on an early '00's era BMW 5 series.

Bonus points awarded to Mr P Hotch, Hatch, or Hoatch, for changing his headlight bulbs to some blue tinted ones. Which, when illuminated, were illuminating the road far less than the standard bulbs they more than likely replaced. Still the owner probably thinks "they look well sick innit bruv" when he's driving around.
